• Immediately reporting unauthorized access

4. Services Overview

Wapx provides:

• Crypto trading (via third-party providers)
• Giftcard trading
• Bill payments
• Virtual cards
• Task marketplace
• Digital services (eSIM, social boost, etc.)

5. Wallet & Payments

• Users can fund their wallet via supported methods
• All transactions are final once processed
• Wallet balances must be sufficient before transactions
• Withdrawal is subject to verification and minimum limits

6. Fees

• Service fees apply to certain transactions
• Task marketplace includes a 20% service fee
• Fees may change and will be communicated clearly

7. Task Marketplace Rules

• Only verified users can post tasks
• Funds are locked upon task creation
• Users must provide valid proof for task completion
• Fraudulent behavior may result in account suspension

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Engage in fraud or scams
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Upload false or misleading information
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the system

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

You agree to indemnify Wapx against any claims arising from your misuse of the platform.

• Unresolved disputes may be handled under Nigerian law
